If you want to be smart about it, don't use envenom unless you're about to be capped on energy. If you do that, and refresh garotte/rupture/SnD in pandemic, you will naturally have a decent amount of energy when shiv recharges

And get as many envenoms during shiv as you can

It's not a huge deal if you don't. You shouldn't hold it if it means you could get in an extra envenom before the target dies. But if they're healthy it helps to take your time

I haven't played with the new flag yet. But I have a feeling that it might be optimal to flag immediately after garotte. All the cp you spend getting up snd and rupture could be stacking up flag. If you flag right at the beginning of vendetta you may not get to maximum stacks within 12 seconds because in my experience you start running low on energy towards the tail end of pumping out envenoms during vendetta... I could be wrong though. I also wonder if it's better to put up rupture before SND now because SND doesn't give us energy anymore

Also flag right after garotte would mean that you get the biggest part of the haste buff during vendetta

Like I said, if the dps difference is only 10 dps you go with the more consistent option

10 dps is nearly within the margin of error of the sim

I had 213 skulker's and booted it for past sins as soon as I got it lol
