the idea is that you'd run niya's herbs on tyrannical weeks because first strike becomes pretty bad on tyrannical. in this case, PB is a 213 dps loss for dslice and still only a 76 dps gain for ST

so yeah, doesnt seem worth it at all

At least in 8.3 i had more loot than I knew what to do with

This one you just have to either pray to the vault or be a god at pvp

You don't have to be good at pvp

But pve gearing sucks
