Using DS, hitting mutilate to get to 5/6 cp to Envenom. But personally I was using FoK back in Legion (with Vigor) and if Muti hit for 3 cp, I would FoK to get to 4/5 cp to Env. I've been using Mutilate throughout BFA, but just thinking if it had changed or not.

With FoK you don't lose out on combo points. If it doesn't crit, you're at 5cp. If it crits, you're at 6cp.

I have a question about gearing(PvE, raids) - we use expedients corruptions on the items with haste, right? I mean logically the best option would be to use them on the items that has higher haste than the second stat.
But what about the second stat itself? Does it need to be haste/crit, haste/vers, haste/mastery? Or the difference is minimal?
I mean, okay - I could sim myself and check it out. But there are so many of high haste items from dungs/raids that it would be tiresome to do.
Was just wondering if there are second stat on item we should focus on getting or just "put exp rank 3 on the item with highest haste and be done with it".

Wrathion-> due to phase were he shifts.... not enough for Stars seems to fall off for me Skitra -> shifts too much for stars to work, Maut -> would be effective but may proc and kill you, Shad'har-> actually useful. That's my mythic progression so far. I can see Xanesh being useful for Stars. But Besides Shad'har and Xanesh, I don't see much use for IS. Which really needs probably 3 minutes to ramp up. And most fights require switches. Vexiona has air phase. Raden is probably useful, depends if you have to switch to adds or not.
