whole left column of talents is supposed to be simple and passive, that is just how talents work now. From left to right you go from simple passives( like master poisoner ) to active abilities/more complex effects( like Blindside ). So your idea about Shadow Reflection being a replacement for VR would already not fit that paradigm. Also I feel like SR would better fit Sub than Assa.

bleed build also is probably close to unplayable once you hit 110, you need a gear, legendaries and traits( master alchemist) and a good ilvl T20 2p is quite nice

the only problem is that bomb is a proc, not a spell cast, so you cant just duplicate any of the others and add it, you actually have to browse the combatlog for a bomb-tick happening as a trigger
