Blindside/regicide is the raid build, I would assume you’re looking on murlok or something where it just tracks whatever people log out in. Compared to the guide you can basically swap secondary poison for fatal conc, and that’s about it, that’s a slush point you can put basically wherever you want. Casual runs that instead for a little more single target, but ye that would be the build to play

Depends when and where. If you're going to overcap energy if you drop the envenom, then don't drop it. During cds you don't drop cause its dmg loss

Implacable is bugged in Blizzard's Cooldown Manager, there is no way to "fix" it.

Until blizzard fixes it, you just have to either count your envenoms or glance at your buff bar if you're trying to be optimal. Ignoring it when it bugs is <1% loss.

I'm on gloom duty: Soaking first (3rd, 6th) gloom, and soaking last.
First gloom comes our quite early (0:14 ?)
Q1: Should hold med my CDs until or send on pull, even tho I will loose uptime (Sprint should be on CD for every soak)
Q2: How early/far do I need to preposition would you guess?
Q3: Gloomthouhed is 5y on hit or will I be "toxic" for the entire dot?

You just don't want to be stacked with people, but you should be some of the first to soak it, so you can keep 100% uptime as melee

It's only on the hit that you do a spread AOE. Afterwards you just have a debuff so you can't soak or be near another person soaking again
