I think we're just low, low priority because they don't know what to do with us. My own opinion is that they limit the design space by forcing all the classes to adhere to specs/talents/hero talents/apex talents etc. As long as numbers output between classes are in the same ballpark, Blizzard should try radical things with class specializations.
