needs more testing but part of it is because you really want to send deathmark on cd regardless and deathmark is huge boost to kingsbane, no point in pooling or setting up envenom if it delays deathmark

well during warwithin you always wanted to envenom before going into cds so you had both bleeds and envenom buff going into cds
now during season 3 sometimes you skip the envenom just because the timers are so tight with stuff like nexus king platforms or dimmy platforms, but ideally you would want to get an envenom in before cds, just so that the global kingsbane goes out you are already autoattacking (main source of poison procs) with envenom buff going
