I guess that you know have it applied with garrote instead of ambush out of stealth can be a seen as a improvement.
The not being able to move it while one exist part is a straight downgrade. Especially with how it works rn were you need to wait out the timer sometimes to reapply it. But i hope that will get fixed

I personal had no issues with the restealth mechanic in m+ on live. You play keys to time them not to have the highest overall dps in details. And 9/10 times chaining is just faster. And you have ways to make it work.

It is probably better that its now just a numbers gain and not a different gameplay feeling with how they change bleed spreading.

But when i did it was in the first week of the new season with absolutely no gear
