it is more important to have 100% uptime for all of p3

but interestingly, parsing like 97-100 will be just as difficult as before

same as parsing super low like <10

when things get simplified and gearing is capped, what ends up happening is it's not "harder" to parse

but instead, all the parses tend towards the median

so you basically get this big clump in the middle

where like 40-70% is super compact

and the moment you break out of the back you jump to like 90

  Fan of Knives with Darkest Night Up:
• Only on 2+ targets, or without Vicious Venoms talented. This is also a very very minor optimization

The most important to remember is the generator rules, clear the witnesses and darkest night optimizations can be effectively ignored as they are not meaningful DPS improvements
