Only changes for fatebound are macroing cold blood to kingsbane and vanishing during the cold blood buff during deathmark in order to double flip coins. Otherwise regular rotation, finishers on 5+

Min-maxes currently only include using shiv before deathmark with the Fatebound 2 piece equipped in order to buff the coins. The 4 piece is worth using, and you will want an 1:30 trinket (lily or prism) to buff your deathmark windows accordingly.

Vault should give you lots of chances per week to get one token if you fill delve and dungeon and raid row. Itemlevel does not matter you need tier at any itemlevel basically even lfr. Getting tier should be your first priority and will have the biggest impact on your output. If you can get 2000 m+ rating and manage to get 1 tier in vault then its just one tier from a raid drop and you can catalyze two off pieces
