Heay guys I could use some help figuring out rotation. Single target looks pretty straight forward - garrote, rupture, Kings/Deathmark if avail, then mutilate envenom spam.

Group packs is where I'm confused. Am I supposed to spread arround a bunch of garrottes and ruptures? Do I tab around and look for targets that didn't get rupture automatically spread to it? How many garottes/ruptures do I spread before working on a fan of knives into envenom spam?

to make it easy just pick 1 prio target and cast 2 garrotes and 2 ruptures and you have your bleeds setup. that gives you 5 of each in the opener (if you get a restealth :D)

you really want 5 ruptures to max and besides that enough bleeds for energy reg (which should be 6ish?)

yeah technically targeting different enemies is more efficient so you get 3 bleeds per cast and not just 2 (after the first one)
but the majority of your aoe dmg comes from spatter and crimson tempest so its not that big of a deal

and especially if DS mark is already on a target switching targets and selecting the marked target is a bitch

especially if you play with classes that are cd dependend and dont have godly damage every pack anyways
