• Super Min-Max stuff includes avoiding the auto proc of tea (less than +0.2%, tea/shiv macro is optimal)
• Refreshing Envenom in pandemic instead of spamming it (mostly relevant for m+ without TTK, can be up to 0.5%)
• Otherwise nothing matters. Pooling before kingsbanes isn't important because of tea lining up and deathmark giving a huge surge of energy

Tier Numbers

First pass of tier implementation is in sims now, and we have some numbers on the tier. These are kinda rough and there has been no APL changes around it (10 min quick pounding of tests has shown nothing so far).

at EQUAL ILVL compared to current tier:
new 2 set + old 2 set: +2.5% in all content
new 4 set: -2.5% in all content

Based on current tuning, that gives us some rough numbers on when we will want to drop our tier for the new pieces. These estimates can vary wildly based on your characters gearing in the new season and which tier pieces are replacing which set, but with that disclaimer out of the way:

For the new 2 piece, you will want to drop the current 4 piece and go 2+2 as soon as possible, as long as the new tier pieces are within roughly 20 item levels of your current pieces (620 ilvl new tier is better than 639 current tier)

For the 4 piece, the inverse is true, with the 4 piece not being worth equipping until the new pieces are around 30 item level higher (669 ilvl new tier is better than 639 current tier)
