Which then also means you dont have slice and dice, since BP or coup doesnt give it

so if you're in say a 5 target pull, your opener earlier of gar gar rup rup

would get garrote on everything, + your 5 ruptures

so you just go into your crimson tempest, caustic, cooldowns, spam envenom till your brain turns to mush

if it's more than 5 targets, the process is literally identical, you just garrote a couple extra times
