Running out of energy in single target is completely normal, intended design of Assassination. You want to be playing for the highest uptime on Envenom, and not blindly spamming away all your energy. Rapid Injection, Sanguine Blades, and Vicious Venoms all play into this gameplay.

• No, haste will not make this feel noticeably better.
• 10% haste only contributes to around 2 actions per minute
• You should be playing for envenom uptime in single target

Hi, can you clarify something for me?, the combo point skills (let's say envenom for this example) the skill description specifies the damage up to 7 combo points, any extra combo point (or the enchanced ones) are wasted beyond 7 or does it scale by the points spent on the skill?

Also, these talents at the end of the rogue tree make each enchanced combo point be worth 3 or 4?

If you're looking for a quick recommendation: Agi >> Crit = Mastery >= Haste > VersatilityIt's always more accurate to simulate your own character, as stat procs from trinkets/enchants can often de-value their stat relative to others. Season 2 Tier Set PTR findings

The tier is insanely jank and probably bugged in like 5 different ways and really weak numerically and awful to play around and probably also not worth playing around and it sucks a ton I have no clue how this made it onto the PTR servers in this state, it clearly was not tested even a little bit internally.

2 Piece:

• The 15% chance to remove can trigger from rupture/ct TICKS. This means especially in AoE, you are just instantly losing your winning streak the moment it procs (10 procs per minute)
• The damage buff is dynamic, so no snapshotting bleeds or anything, just extra envenom damage essentially

4 Piece:

• "A chance" = roughly 20-25% from what we could see. This is REALLY BAD. Like Horrendously bad. The worst outcome. It means that you're basically just sitting there hoping to hit a random chance that gives you no feedback outside of your weakauras blinking and pray you can make use of the 4 second window. It's asinine.
• the "30% additional effect" part seems to actually be 50% for god knows what reason. So regular max stack -> +30%, when your 4 piece procs -> +45% (30*1.5)
• Triggering the 4 piece actually maintains your 2 piece stacks afterwards, so you just go back to the stacks you had before, which is great, except the whole rupture/CT proccing the loss effect so you just instantly lose it again.
