I'm sure this is asked often, but I'm seeing similar item level Sins with far more Envenom damage than i'm getting. I make a strong focus to make sure it's applied as long as often as possible. You could probably get a targeted WA that honks at you. Determine if you want feint, evasion or cloak, then go into it and change the sound file for different spells. Feint w/elusivness works for almost everything though.
