I suggest taking iron wire in every dungeon, it's a very small dps loss for a very strong utility point. Demise/twist/sanguine/master assassin is kind of just a shuffle of damage, they come out to about the same, ma/twist being a bit more single target target, demise being a good mix, and sanguine being pure aoe
