Rucking with 55 lbs twice a week, lifting 3-4 days/week, swimming and running alternating days. It was a grind but I very mentally happy.
All the calisthenics I did at start were rough coming from strictly weight training. I think a good calisthenic base can get your upper strong af. Have to use weights if you want big legs I feel like. You can get pretty solid work with jump swuats and all the squat variations but eventually if you want them to grow you gotta load up the squat bar.

I think the biggest problem I have with this game is I don't keep a lot of snacks in my house. So I'll get caught up in raid/keys/whatever and then I'll just forget to eat. With MMA/wrestling I used to cut a lot of weight (like 25-30 lbs at the high end) so being hungry doesn't bother me too much. Problem is when trying to bulk if you're not eating you don't build. That's why I've lost 10 lbs in the last month.

Twist the Knife/Envenom is currently bugged and might cause the buff to randomly drop during an encounter if you get parried.
We are aware of the bug and it has been reported. This does not change the talent choices anywhere. Explanation of the bug below.

Here is a quick summary of the video:
2:09:04 Envenom has 5-6s left. It is reapplied on the boss, so now it says it has 8s left on it.
2:09:10 Just before the new Envenom is reapplied, you can see Envenom dropping even though it still has ~3s left on it.
2:09:13 The newly reapplied Envenom drops, even though it says to have 5s left on it. This is because the parried Envenom would have dropped at that moment.

Written example/explanation:
Basically if you have an Envenom at 6s then cast Envenom again and get parried, it will say the Envenom buff has 8s left, which is expected behavior.
However, 6s later the game goes "Okay it's been 6s since you applied Envenom, time to drop it" and drops Envenom regardless of the current duration. You then reapply Envenom because it dropped. Then 2s later the game goes "Okay it's been 8s since you reapplied Envenom" (because of the parry) and then drops it again, even if you just reapplied it a few seconds prior.

So instead of having 2 different timelines for TTK Envenoms, it merges the 2 timelines together into a singular one whenever you get parried with Envenom, which then causes your Envenoms to drop prematurely.

**The best and only thing you can do, is to actively avoid getting parried with Envenoms. **

I went frame by frame on the yt vid, I didn't look at logs which I should have, but what I saw was another instance of envenom being at 6 seconds, 1 stack, then it randomly jumped up to 8 second duration, and his combo points didn't change, nor did his energy, and he didn't gain a stack.
