Darkmoon Sigil Ascension (dagger) + Writhing Banding (wrist) is generally "the best" in raid, but has ramp time and is worse in m+
2x Dawnthread (wrist/belt) is generally the best in m+ and not far behind of Ascencion/Banding for raids. Equal in single target at 80% uptime

Craft a dagger if you're unlucky and don't get one and are down bad and crying about your pathetic little 580 main hand dagger. Put Ascencion on it
If you have a big dagger in your main hand already read the above and pick whatever you prefer

Honestly the wowhead build is solid for all key levels. A tip I can give you is don't send all your cds together with the other dps, cuz like you said the packs get obliterated. If I'm in a key with frost dk and a ret for example I will just use kingsbane together with their cds and then blast deathmark on the next pack when kingsbane comes back and the others don't have anything

when mathematically it can only have 2 more over 20 minutes

i know i need to work on sockets/recraft legs and boots etc to fully transition from outlaw but i saw a sim earlier of 2m+ for dungeonslice. Am i really missing out on 750k dps just by adjusting stats/sockets etc ?
