The issue ith double vanish is that you have a second charge of Vanish right, but with the cooldown it is basically one 1 to 2 extra cast compared to without the talent if poped on CD which may not be ideal. In a coordinated team that requires one specific pull sure it can be quite useful, in pugs routes ? Less.

Make a weakaura that tracks your envenom buff and look at the total duration if you don't believe me, but watch this carefully, you'll notice when I cast envenom, there's a brief moment where it has 11.7 duration, and then it hops back down to 9 sec. I have to account for this, which is why the code is as dense as it is (or, one of the reasons)
