TLDR:Maintain max uptime on Envenom
- For Fatebound, Sanguine Blades is typically much better than Deathstalker. For this reason, if you can't maintain Envenom uptime anymore, you should build combo points, then reset your energy back to around 70% before maintaining again.
- For Deathstalker, try to stay under 50% as much as possible while maxing out Envenom uptime. Single target builds play Vicious Venoms instead of Sanguine Blades as well.
The reason we do this is to maximize uptimes and use energy more efficiently for Deathstalker marks/cooldowns. Staying under 50% leads to more Envenom casts, which is more Darkest Night Procs. For Fatebound, heads flips contribute damage regardless of if you're flipping or not, so this pressure to keep spending is lessened.

Tier uptimes:
- 2 piece went from 6.4 avg stacks up to 9
- 4 piece went from 66% in single target to 91%
This is a bit higher than was estimated originally but doesn't change much. You can still drop the 2 piece sometimes with bad RNG but typically should hold the buff for a good time. Proc Chance on the effect itself went from 15% to 25%
Envenom/Kingsbane got a roughly 9% increase, the uptime on 4 piece is contributing roughly a 2% buff for rup/gar/ct. While caustic damage is down, everything being affected by the 2 piece balances it out near exactly.
In total it's around +5.2% in Single Target, +0.5% in aoe.
No we aren't changing talents, follow the blood still sucks ass and none of this impacts talents on first glance, vicious venoms is still good, imp gar is still good. Play whatever you were playing before
