Blindside procs replace your mut with ambush anyway so you won’t have to worry about it the only time you need ambush is if you are using deathstalker pre 80

Once you have the cap you can open from stealth with garrote again and you don’t need ambush anymore

Okay, let’s go over this again.

9 targets and below, you can gar 4x in carnage and get everything dotted without target swapping. The only thing you lose is fok damage. Fok doesn’t do damage. This is extremely minimal

10 and above targets, you’re starting to lose 1 garrote for every cast after the initial garrote where you don’t target swap, up to a maximum of 3 lost garrotes. That is a min-max, and that is lost damage.

How often are you in 10+ aoe in mythic+, where all the targets live long enough for that garrote spreading? If we say it’s even 5 out of 20 pulls, which is INSANELY overestimated, you’re losing 7, maybe 8 garrotes right? With garrote being 10% of your damage and an average of 130 garrote casts, you are at most, heavily overestimating, losing 5% of your garrotes.

5% of your garrotes at 10% overall damage is 0.5% overall dps, if executed perfectly, with no mistakes, and no compensated damage from hitting your main target the entire time (deathstalker hunt them down perhaps?)
