My opener on 3+ targets is always Garrote > Garrote > Rupture > Mut or FoK? Now I'm confused—should I Rupture again or use CT and then build again for a new Rupture?

Do I Mut before using FoK on the opener for Caustic? Do I only use Mut to keep Caustic running with 2+ targets?

On my opener, can I keep casting Garrote and Rupture on the same target if there aren't that many targets (like 6 or less) since it still spreads to others that don't have them?

on 3 targets you can just gar and rup one time, but in heavier aoe you need to apply more. On 8 targets for example you would gar gar rup gar gar rup (or with bone spike you would gar gar rup rup gar gar), then mut to get caustic up go into cooldowns

mutilate keeps up caustic, fok is your generator with 3 or more

yes you can spam is on the same target, but you'd lose 1/3 applications that way. Can help if you struggle to keep track of your main target, but it is a loss overall

For mythic+, there are many many builds. The best and most recommended overall is , also known as sbs hybrid. The builds on wowhead will update later to reflect this. Regarding their damage profile:

• For Priority: Hybrid > Bleed > Cleave
• For Boss Dam: Cleave >= Hybrid > Bleed
• For Overall: Hybrid > Bleed = Cleave
  Note that Bleed based builds can still easily be better in low keys where and burst sucks

In Mythic+, most builds drop lightweight in order to get , which is very strong

and on 3+ targets. With , use and together on 4+ targets with up, outside of (3+ is only marginally worse that 4+ and still a gain if that makes it easier to remember)

Prio damage comes from scent of blood.
