Hello stabbers. With the influx of new people picking up the spec, here's a few quick recommendations for ya'll:

First things first, read the guide and the pins.

I personally recommend the Wowhead guide, it's written by Whispyr. Other great guides with !guide. Make sure to read the pins in here.

Most, if not all of your questions and the ones below are answered in the guides. However here's a quickfire round of the most popular questions that have come up recently:

• Do stats matter/how much haste do I need?
  No, it starts to matter VERY slightly (less than 2%) when you're close to max item level, but until then you should just focus on getting your ilvl up. There are no breakpoints. Haste % does not matter. Read !stats.

• What build do I play in ST/Mythic+?
  Very similar builds to previous season, as there are no massive changes. Wowhead/pins have been updated with the newest builds.

• How do I use Thistle Tea?
  Once with cds, after that we mainly use it for energy together with Shiv. Do not overcap energy with it.

• How do I pool?
  Read !pooling. The rules to pooling might or might not change when TWW releases.

• When to Vanish?
  You Vanish to reapply Improved Garrotes now, not for MA towards the end of Kingsbane.

• SBS?
  Good for Single Target, maybe too costly for AoE.

• Is the spec good now/in TWW?
  Numerically it's doing good (just got a 15% aura buff prior to the Pre-Patch) and the gameplay is pretty good as well. Deathstalker is a bit clunky and Fatebound is entirely passive. Current Assassination still plays very similarly to late Dragonflight Assassination. If you liked it then, you'll probably still like it.

• Dance gone, gg no stealth and dmg bad
  Read !restealth.

• Is Mythic Tindral/Fyrakk/Raszageth etc. bugged?
  Yes.
