1. What priority do I keep my dots in? envenom > rupture? As soon as rupture has expired, save combo points for rupture?
2. Do I want to press Vanish on CD for improved garrote?
3. Do I save energy and/or combo points for kingsbane/deathmark? I also have 3 charges of whistle tea and 2x shiv, I probably want to keep both charges of shiv for the kingsbane window?
4. I think with the hero talent tree you don't press from 4 but from 5 combo points now, I read 4+ combopoints in the wowhead guide in relation to dragonflight?
5. And what do I want to press during the kingsbane/deathmark window and what not? Do I want to apply garrot and ruture beforehand so that I can only press multilate and envenom during the window?

In point N1 you never let your dots fall off. You always refresh them in the pandemic window.

1. envenom isn't a dot, and is your main filler, royal already got !pandemic, so you never let your dots drop
2. vanish for improved garrote is the typical move, and should always be paired with deathmark since it doubles your garrotes
3. tea with shiv, otherwise just slam. There's some min-maxing with pooling resources but I wouldn't worry about that currently and it's still a bit up in the air on what the exact rules are
4. there's no guides yet for tww, so yes, guides don't reflect the changes in rotation
5. garrote and rupture will already be running, you should have 100% uptime on envenom during kingsbane
