You can see from the swings in uptime alone, the trinket cycles pretty randomly. It even says on the trinket "random new best friend". But even better than that, the average uptime on each one if you add them up:
Aerwynn: (48+33+9+26+51)/5 = 33.4%
Pip: (6+26+65+56+15)/5 = 33.6%
Urctos: (46+41+25+18+31)/5 = 32.2%
You can run the statistics for yourself if you'd like, but I'll spare you the details, it's statistically insignificant, and the values are true 1/3 chances between any of the 3 buffs. You have 100% uptime for the full thing, and it procs alongside all normal RPPM procs in the game. It's an unhasted 2 procs per minute on the trinket. All the logs reflect that.
The sim link did 26060 fights between 240 and 360 seconds, linearly distributed, leading to a mean of 300 seconds, or 5 minutes. That would mean with 2 procs per minute, 5 minutes, you'd get 10 average procs, however the trinket has to proc to start the chain, leading to slightly lower than 10 average procs, and causing some shifting from the trinket timing in relation to the fight length causing lost procs. The 2.8 empowerments you see across all 3 buffs would be 8.4 procs on average across any given simulation length, which is accurately to those shifts.

If you're looking for a quick recommendation: Agi >> Mast = Crit = Haste > VersatilityIt's always more accurate to simulate your own character, as stat procs like Witherbark's Branch and Wafting Devotion can often de-value the stat in question.
