Ring doesn't have primary stat, so the difference between the 4/4 myth non-crafted and max crafted is only a difference in secondaries, and the crafted rings come with a free socket which bumps up their value until you get a 4/4 myth ring with socket. So you have to be extremely lucky and get a natural socket on a mythic ring, or spend a vault token on it

I don't know what a blank icon means in Hekili. I'll answer more generally that we do pool in our rotation, however, and just autoattack waiting to recover energy or for Envenom to tick down. I think it is best to start from an understanding of why you engage in the actions you do and I don't think Hekili will impart that. There are no "recommended stat levels" or "breakpoint of X stat" or "required" amount of any stats. This is an outdated way to think about stats and simply is not relevant to the spec. If you're looking for a quick recommendation: Agi >> Mast = Crit = Haste > VersatilityIt's always more accurate to simulate your own character, as stat procs like Witherbark's Branch and Wafting Devotion can often de-value the stat in question. Stats are not a rigid construct, their values change constantly in relation to each other depending on your character.

Vanish makes your big Kingsbane hits go boom more. More boom = good. Kingsbane biggest booms in last 3 seconds. Big vanish boom + big Kingsbane boom = big booms

Honestly though I still don't really care for getting PI with playing rogue. I genuinely don't feel it unless i'm looking at my damage, and even then it can be offset by bad crit luck.

Like when a caster gets it, or when I get it on my Fury, I actually feel it because my GCDs are faster
