By the way, just looking at the aura now, adding this checkbox does show the GCD on the icon, just tested. It should work for Rupture as well. Personally, I don't think I'm going to add that to my released versions because the rest of my pack doesn't use it, but there isn't a reason you couldn't update your version with this checkmark if you want to GCD. You may also need to hide the text that shows up if the Total Duration on the CD is < 2sec, which will be the case on GCD casts. @balmy condor FYI something you may want to add to your versions of the garrote/rupture auras in your pack for consistency, depending on your preference if you haven't added it already.

the wowhead guide is pretty good for m+. the arterial precision build seems to work well. generally try to open from stealth by garroting everything with indiscriminate carnage, then rupture everything with IC, then pick a prio target for caustic spatter and use kingsbane on them. try to keep up crimson tempest and use FoK to build. if you have a mean tank then save vanish and dance for re-stealthing for IC

You can pretty much take the priority in wowhead guide - to be precise. If there were a condition where you'd want to refresh rupture with 3, i think it would reflect that.

wdym is it optional? It's a weakaura that shows up when you cast kingsbane regardless of location. You could in theory update the load conditions to only load in certain zones, but it doesn't, afaik, do any filtering based on target. I'm familiar with it but it isn't my aura so I'm not sure on all of the options.

I mean that's just what's in the description of the wago site, you can use it wherever you want, whenever you want. The point is that it is intended to provide you with after-the-fact feedback about how your last kingsbane was, not real-time info on what you need to do for your currently active kingsbane (however it does have some of that information too).
