Hello. So I'm following the rotation from wowhead and I had a question what to do during Kingsbane in a 4 - 6 target scenario. It goes: Kingsbane, Garrote until 4 cp, Envenom, Garrote Mutilate, Crimson Tempest. Then it ends in wowhead.
I guess you renew Shiv, but then what? Fan of Knives into Envenom or spread Rupture on multiple targets? Or just Fan of Knives into Envenom with 4 cp? Then after you Vanish, you do Garrote, Rupture once and that's it?
