Fly plate buffs is what I use and it makes DoTs in pandemic a little dimmer

Most weakaura packs come with glows when dots enter pandemic range (are close to expiring and are safe to refresh). It doesn't do so in the base UI anywhere, though

Ive just done 3 21's, BH i got 150k Overall, Neltharus i got 92k overall and FH i got 118k overall, zero deaths, no Evoker buff's just flat damage and i feel like im slowly slipping, getting worse every week, 443ilvl, 38% crit, 12% haste, 60% mastery, 9% verse, No beacon but Loaded Dice and Domb Dispenser. I was able to get that other one to show a Cd too, just added a CD trigger, placed it into trigger 2's position, added a text with %2.p, made conditions to show the text when trigger 2 on cooldown and desaturate or whatever else

But in 10.1 with sepsis it's helpful for me at least

your 1:30 sepsis refreshes your garrote with empowered

then the 2nd part of sepsis you garrote again in pandemic

and that will run through the start of deathmark

then vanish garrote during deathmark in pandemic

to keep the empowered garrote running

at 4m you can either delay your DM a bit to line up with vanish or just send it and lose a bit of empowered garrote time

but i remember outlaw did use tea mostly for the mastery buff

tea can be interessting as a talent but always depends on the energy economy and if the economy is good it becomes a lot less fun of a key to play around.

Double check if your OCE is simming with the other buffs, also fight duration favors the pocket anvil, but sim fights are for the most part longer. Outside these 2 factors, sim is right

Power Infusion Bull Shit*

Under recent developments discovered by Ravenholdt, also known as the Rogue Discord of Rh. It has come to my attention that rogue name will hereby be, going forward, the best target for Power Infusion.

With written agreement to all the following clauses, my client, hereby referred to as rogue name will consent to play Rogue in the guild your guild and any other name the guild may be known as in perpetually.

Clause 1
A dedicated player, “the Priest,” will be required to give Power Infusion to rogue name in each encounter. The Priest will be played in every encounter rogue name is played (so all encounters) as a means of boosting his/her DPS to astronomical numbers.

Clause 2
rogue name and the Priest will never be asked to “swap off boss” or “stop DPS”. Stopping damage or swapping off boss is never the correct decision.

Clause 3
rogue name and the Priest call first dibs on all major upgrades. This includes, but is not limited to, the following.

• Trinkets
• Tier
• Weapons
• Any item that is a higher item level

Clause 4
Upon completion of the tier, the terms of this agreement are complete, and the Priest may relinquish his/her Power Infusion for any target of their choosing.
