FWIW: I think IC is fine as it is, I just don't think it's a capstone worthy talent. If it was where like, exsang was, it'd feel fine I think. It smoothens out the aoe rotation, but it also reduces the previous "skill" of spinning plates. It has good synergy with scent and iron wire, but besides feeling like a QoL CD in aoe it doesn't feel particularly impactful in any other way. I don't feel particularly powerful with 8 stacks of scent, probably because seeing the impact of 24% agility on a bunch of dots doesn't really come to the forefront of anything

CT is weird because if you buff it to do actual damage, it becomes a must have in ST

the other examples like blade dance, etc, give you something that gives it a bit more synergy

Whole point is we want an AoE finisher that deals damage.
Applying rupture is not gonna do much, especially when we already have IC.

Feral does that, where you get brutal slash even in ST, but it feels wack
