I still recommend reading #1065730164077645916 for an in-depth guide, but the opener and rotation sections should be accurate now. I also updated the gear page and the cheat sheet for easy checking. If you see something off please let me know (also go easy on the opener/rotation tool. The rigidity of those switches make updates with 4 builds like this absolute hell and I'm at the mercy of the tool, it's not pretty but it should be functional)

My sims don't reflect this yet, trying to crank out the wowhead guide update for sepsis to include this, spreadsheet possible within the next 24 hours. I am very tired, let this be the end of the sepsis journey

Hey, Assassination has started using Sepsis as a talent, but your WAs don't track empowered garrote when the source is sepsis.
It's a very easy one-line fix, I've managed to added it myself, but I'm sure most of your users would be happy to have it built-in.

I like the current color so i don't see a reason to change for myself, but if you'd like to change for yourself:
option 1 - Change opaque to glow

Before anything, just wanted to say
1)on the first boss, i'm sitting for exsang for a long time because i miss calculated the kill timers and wanted to go for the 5min exsang+deathmark
2)halfway on Echo of Neltharion, i swapped to the no exsang build
3)i always use a tea during the opener for the small mastery buff and not sit at 3 charges for too long

1. We use Sepsis on CD and use garrote before it and after the proc(the best is to use it when the proc almost ends for the maximum pandemic effect)?
2. Do we hold shiv for sepsis or for anything else or just use it on CD?
3. Do we play around the 4PC? Like spam Envenom more or hold shiv for that situation only?
