My trinkets are doodoo, so the dice is simming as a nice upgrade. I know it isn't as good as the raid trinkets (although I am not raiding much).
I don't have any other tier yet, so I won't have two piece. Catalyst in a few weeks makes the tier option less appealing.
What would you do?

Few things to unpack here.
A. When you sim dps are you simming training dummy or raid fight? You’re missing all the buffs, so this could lead to a bit different dps.
B. Even with that, you shouldn’t be that much lower. The important things are to use CDs as appropriate after your opener, on CD and as they line up, maintain your bleeds, keep snd up with CttC.
I’d recommend practicing to make sure that it’s correct, because we follow certain rules that are odd, like finishing on 5, so you don’t overcap on Mut.

Alright, so i tried the new rotation on sarkareth today.
I dunno, maybe it's just skill issue, but I find it horrible to play.
Any small mistake or mechanic causes you to desync your abilities, and in general it has a lot more mental overload.
I'd be interested in seeing logs of better players to see how they're faring with it compared to previous rotation
But for now, I don't think it's worth it
(That's not to take away from whispyr research. that was great. this is just talking about expirence)

Hardest WA i worked on was to keep track on which targets have empowered garrotes and exsangs.
I used a database of recent targets, and marked those that were empowered.
Then if you switched between targets it would keep track.
Now there's a way better way of doing it, like how luxtho's does for example.
But since he's using a very simple way, it doesn't track IC's imp garrote on anything but main target.
