Not sure about this but wowanalyzer can be useful for some analytics at a glance.

I'm struggling myself, ilvl 410 but only pushing 50k-ish DPS. Putting this down to practice and it'll hopefully improve over time.

I would recommend (at a start) using wowanalyzer, seeing which CDs you aren't using enough (for me it's echoing reprimand and deathmark) and making a WA to alert you when they're available

Another question about my own question.

Should I use vanish + garrote + deathmark on CD. Or worth holding to line up with exsang?

If it's not worth holding, do I just exsang on SD assuming all dots are on target?

If you ever have double shiv charges (after the opener) it means you capped your shiv, don't do that. Just keep 1 charge ready for Sepsis/DM, but if you're about to get the 2nd charge of shiv off CD then burn the charge you have so you never hit 2 charges
