No, and I’m not sure they ever will be. The guides on wowhead aren’t aimed at the top peak performance 0.1% optimal, they’re meant for a wide range of players jumping into the spec in normal/heroic raids. I’m not really too keen on updating all the talents and all the rotations and all the openers for sepsis, just for the more casual raiders to open up the guide and go “woah what but I checked this last week and it wasn’t, now I gotta learn all this new shit”. But I also don’t want to give bad builds. So there’s a balance between suggesting builds that are easy and familiar, and suggesting the most peak cutting edge 0.2% increases. I’m still debating with myself whether or not this is something that deserves the change or not.

You can do well enough in keys as Sin as long as your not doing anything super high. Play this build ( BMQAAWulQAmRd/c4Iy2r7VOUFIkIJRkQJBAAAAAAQSAkIAAAAAAASDJOQJJkkkkSKJCkEJRCA ) and you should do just fine. Just remember;
1 - with IC cast it if its going to last the full duration, if not then hold for the next pack, line up your ER with IC.
2 - Finish with envenom if the pack is standing still and CT is on everything, CT if CT is not on everything and the pack is moving.
3 - Always maintain CT on 2+ targets
4 - FOK is your builder on 3 or more, 2 or less then Mut
