the dogshit haste is worth 2/3rds of an energy a second, if you missed 6 alacrity procs in a row it probably was like 30 seconds tops, so you would've been down about a shiv's worth of energy over the course of that time

No, healing is supposed to be nerfed, which is why classes that arent healers get increases to their flat healing to make sure they heal for roughly the same amount
