i would suggest writing "partyfit" in the custom box at the bottom of it.
it will only show you parties with a slot open for your role.

and if you're looking for only 20s, at the search bar you can type "21" and it will find you keys ranging between 20-22

the default search also does a range of +/- 1 as well, which when I figured that out it was pretty helpful

in my experience sub itself is really easy, it just gets more punishing when u make little mistakes. losing uptime is a lot more punishing on sub than sin too, or not managing your energy properly and losing dance GCDs is alos a big mistake or losing high lingering stack GBs. its like sub itslef is easy but you need to learn the fight and the flow of the spec very well to do well with sub

I feel like that's a bit reductive. There are people like Seliathan that do extremely well consistently, and I know from expirence of someone who had to relearn the spec again over the last months that there is much much to learn.
