I've recently switched to Assassination from Subtlety as I'm progressing Broodkeeper on boss group. I've got some questions regarding Shiv and Tea.
Is it right to use Shiv at max cp? And I've been trying to sync Tea with Shiv and pool energy for Shiv windows, is that good or am I overthinking it?

Let's say 1 is combo point generator and 2 is finisher and you're in stage you need 2 gcd's for 5+

It's possible the first one, but risky if you starve a bit.

For me what I do is I use it cooldown, but Shiv only the last combo points, opening the first combo points with Shiv always ends up with me only fitting 2 envenoms.

I had to start doing it this way because I found out my Envenom damage was sucking balls 😄

I always kept missing the third cast because the GCD window was too tight on the shiv buff
