it's awful now after the move and not played anywhere, check the spreadsheet for more info

2. Where are Arterial builds?

We play Arterial on Council, for Mage Tower, and very arguably in mythic+ with carnage. The issue is that the AoE/Cleave gain you get from playing Arterial in mythic+ also comes with a very hefty (10%) loss in boss damage. Generally this isn't recommended, but try it out for yourself.

3. Are these changes buffs or nerfs?

Neither. Both? While you may sim a bit higher or lower depending on situation, Assassination's viability and damage output has not changed noticeably.

4. What poisons/opener/talents/etc?
