build cp with FoK and Garrote. maintain all bleeds (garrote, rupture, crimson tempest) on all targets as much as possible. dump excess cp into envenom on your priority target (highest hp, scary caster/buffer, depending on the situation). use ur CDs whenever theyre up on the prio target too

would that even be good? to my understanding, exang is powerful because youre getting a bunch of extra energy faster and some extra bleed damage. in aoe, youre likely to not even reapply that many of the bleeds, the energy is near useless, and idk if exsang applys to CT, but youd reapply CT and overwrite the exsanged CT aswell

so you would need someone with blacksmithing to craft the weapon and you add the optional reagent alchemical flavor pocket
