We have couple of new great changes for 10.0.5. Notable mentions and comments:

A new capstone:
- New Talent: Arterial Precision (Passive) - Shiv strikes 4 additional nearby enemies and increases your Bleed damage done to affected targets by 20% for 8 sec.

This increases our cleave and mid-sized AoE damage by quite a bit. It also means that Tiny Toxic Blade's value increases in AoE significantly. We also now have a 5-target AoE soothe with 2 charges on a 25s cooldown. This is really, really good.

Double capstone gaming:
- Kingsbane has moved and now shares a location with Dragon-Tempered Blades as a choice node.
- Dashing Scoundrel now costs a maximum of 2 points, down from 3.

We previously couldn't take DTB with any other capstone because we were limited in talent points. Currently we can only take IC/KB together, but with this change you will have 5 different dual-capstone combinations available: IC/KB, IC/DTB, IC/AP, KB/AP, DTB/AP.
These all serve a different purpose. Full AOE? IC/AP. Full ST? KB/AP. Good AOE with slightly more ST? DTB/IC. And so on. Amazing change, rejoice!

We also had a few less important changes, like Feint being baseline, Cheat Death node moving higher and Sepsis giving a stealth ability immediately. Not sure if it's enough to make Sepsis competitive against SBS.

Anyways, these are all amazing changes and will increase our cleave/aoe potential by quite a bit as well as opening up build diversity by A LOT. Also makes us into an utility monster in m+, especially during Raging weeks, so no more queueing into 100 groups without getting an invite, yay!

Note: These changes are for 10.0.5. We had previously heard from a blue-post that Exsanguinate rework/deletion is a possibility in the future, but that's likely happening 10.1 the earliest. So happy rioting until then, Exsang-haters.
