But unless you have access to the same gear that those guys do you are going to have to make your own decisions on what is the best upgrade for you with the likely gear you will have access to, and whether short term or long term gains are more important.

well by the time you do your opener and get to the part your you need to DM its about 10-11 secs in and you dont get the mastery for the entire duration if you do it prepull, also takes you out of stealth so you miss a few seconds beause you have to make sure you cast with enough time to restealth

Yeah, don't stress about it too much though. It is very unnecessary. Pandemic as a mechanic is a thing that allows more leeway with reapplying bleeds, you do not need to know whether or not something is in pandemic by the millisecond when you have enough CP. It does not really matter whether you extend Rupture at 7s or 8.4s.

The problem with Wowanalyzer is that some specs are complex in their nature where a log analyzer will not know what you did right or wrong. Like holding cds depending on fight length or to pad more, letting exsanguinated bleeds drop and not reapplying them, playing completely differently with a different build, playing completely different on every boss fight and so on
