I'm sad about these nerfs and overall standing of DTB/KB. Hot take, but I strongly think one of the reasons Assassination is doing so well is because of how easy DTB is to play. If Kingsbane/Exsang was the best build, I'm sure it wouldn't perform so well across the board because much fewer people would be able to play it at an optimal level

back to exsang, it's 0.5% better with the DTB build over the current FAQ build. We're also back to the exsang opener I had earlier(kinda).

Some notes:
Because Resounding Clarity has been renamed to RNG von Shitass of Cringeville and you can't guarantee that you empower the CP you need, we gotta react a little. You will have to move the SBS before the rupture in some situations where the ER will land on a CP you don't have. In theory this should land you on an animacharged and the opener should still work, but now the issue is that there's a series of circumstances where you can't deathmark->envenom anymore after the vanish->garrote. That would happen if the following sequence occurs:
ER does not crit
CP 2 is not empowered
SBS does not crit (getting you to empowered 3)
If this happens, you can put the shiv first, which should then get you to 4/5, which will be animacharged, and you're then chilling with the envenom.

Okay so hypothetically right, if:
ER crits to 3
CP 3 is not empowered
SBS does not crit (getting you to 4)

Vanish -> gar and no shiv crit would also get you to 4. So in that case you would want to Envenom first again. You're forced to react your opener no matter what because no matter how you flip it, you're going to be missing some combo point that screws you over. The ER/RC change is an absolute abysmal change for opener feel, and you will have to play a similar game for ER->Rup->Exsang now every 3 minutes, because guess what! If:
ER crits to 3 and the CP isn't empowered
Mut crits with either hand -> now you're at 6, so you envenom and try again on the next cycle I guess.

Hate the RC change. Hate it so much. Learn how to react I can't make images for all this shit

Or you could just skip the whole thing, take the simulated 0.5% dps loss and just play the same dtb build as now and pretend like none of this is exists (the chad gameplay > numbers enjoyer)
