Looks good for someone who's just starting out. Just a few quick pointers, I don't have time to look through it extensively:

• You should setup all bleeds and other maintenance things before pressing Deathmark. So Slice, SBS, Garrote and Rupture. You did it for everything else but Rupture. So make sure to have Rupture on the target as well before you Deathmark.
• You should use Puzzle box just before you press Deathmark. During Deathmark you want to maximize your uptime by not channeling or moving away from your target.
• You wasted 300 energy with Thistle Tea. You should only be using Thistle Tea when you're at low energy or at 3 stacks. Meaning you should use one in the beginning with your cds and after that only for the energy. We don't care about the mastery part of it that much, the energy is what matters more. So only use it when you're at low energy.

Other than that you're chilling pretty hard.

I did just ran a short test on the 5 dummies and I hit about 15k more dps on 5 targest with KB/IC over DTB. I think the issue is it's harder for me to keep high energy with DTB. Pretty consistent 67-70k dps on 5 targets with KB/IC for a couple minutes.
