to give you a real answer, we typically dont talk about bislists becuase it sets wrong expectations. its always better to sim yourself using either topgear or droptimizer to figure out the best loot you can get for your specific setup. bislists might be different dependign on talent choice or already existing gear, and so having one list to strictly adhere to is very very bad.

that being said, most if not all the guides that are linked here have bislists as a part of them, yes

at least my approach (and i think whispyrs as well) for our bislists was "does it have crit/mastery or both? good enough". thats about the same level of thought you should give bislists.

once you add stuff like healthpots/stones, warlock gateway key, engi combatrez etc. into the mix, things do get a bit full now. still not as bad as some other classes were in past expansions (looking at you tbc warlock), but as far as assa is concerned, this is the most hotkeys we had for just rotational gameplay since... forever.

Typically the reason for this is that the cleave that raid-fights tend to favor are either CD-AoE based or wide-spread targets. Outlaw doesn't actually do well on either of these, not compared to many other classes, so even if there are cleave or AoE scenarios, it's typically better to just play whatever is best for single-target anyway and just be one of the few people that actually kills the boss.

This is obviously something you'll have to decide on based on your individual raids needs, but it's the way things have been historically. Assa also was much more ahead than it is now, but with the most recent hotfixes that are coming on reset this week, the playing field is much more even and any spec can be played in raid.

Idk if they have the sims setup to run all the crafted stuff yet though. What they do have added in is all fairly close though .3% margins.

Personally I try to use best quality materials, I mine and craft my own and buy stat scrolls.

If you have a mythic quality craft booster you can get above mythic quality daggers

Or 386 if you make an epic
