Each set of brackets is a condition check so from what I've learned I thought that having the empty bracket last was supposed to make the current target the last target

Yeah so the current behavior seems to be:

  • If current target is hostile, mouseover hostile fails and you go to target, mouseover ally works
  • If current target is ally, mouseover hostile fails and you go to target, mouseover to ally works
  • If no target, mouseover always works

How does Exsanguinate work like the way I'm reading/understanding it is - I use Exsanguinate the timer on Garrote and Rupture(7cp) go down within 10-15 seconds. Does Exsanguinate do that damage instantly or does it do the damage based on the remaining timer of Garrote and Rupture, beacuse I've been using Exsanguinate then reapplying Garrote and Rupture and I'm not sure that's the right thing to do
