its about spreading rupture and garrote. is it possible to paint the healthbar differently if one of those is missing? or like left gets green when garrot is up, right half when rupture is up? would make mouseover bleedspreading much easier without gigantic spacing of the healthbars (they like to overlap the dots above the healthbar)

You can probably do something similar with a script. Or you can just color the entire nameplate a color when both are missing, a different color when one is missing and a new color when both are applied.

But modding it is a bit tough, you can find some mods that color the nameplate entirely and can try to modify it to your needs after that.

I have a problem with IC... if I press it before the pull then go in immediately with garrote, the mobs arent gonna be grouped up yet for the garrote to spread. I can't wait cause thats a dps loss, but if I use Ambush or FOK instead of Garrote, then once they're bunched up together my Garrote isnt gonna be "ubergarrote from stealth" anymore, so IC is gonna be weaker. Doesn't matter because the condition is tied to Vendetta and you're not using Vendetta anymore.

So it'll retain the normal pandemic at all times and never halve it.

I would highly recommend just using something like Luxthos' garrote/rupture weak auras because they have exsang/improved garrote trackers on them as well which is super useful nowadays

im fine with feral, but i still dont like apex that much, it interrupts the rotation and BT feel so fucking clunky with the new rotation and pacing. you dont have to pool energy like an idiot but now it interrupts the flow
