Hypothetically right, if you do 100% damage to 8 targets it’s 800%, so on 7 targets it’s 700%, 6 targets 600%, etc

At 9 targets it might 890%, then at 10 it’s 975%, then at 11 it’s 1050%

Basically instead of getting full value, you get slightly less than full damage per target added

POTW is a drop in the bucket for Barghast adds.

You’re better off just dealing damage to them unless an absolute like 7 stack or 8 stack is going off.
