the thing is, exsang sounds really terrible and comes with limited dps gain perhaps. if you really dont like it, you can skip it. it is not like DM that is so important. Everyone would like to see a simple rotation with clear logic and good dps, but if it is exsang that pushes sin's dps to a certain degree, I'm sure there will be players try to do that and i think it is a correct thing for them to do. nothing wrong with it.
