This is what the CPU looks like, each compute die has 8 cores (there are 2 of them here) and the extra vertical cache is directly below them. Communication between things inside the same die are fast. If you must communicate between the different dies, it's slower. That's why the extra cache in the 9950X3D2 is unlikely to matter that much. In the normal 9950X3D AMD simply parks the CCD without 3D cache to make sure nothing important goes there.

hello, in the aoe build we're preferring either of the 2 dice talents or 10% on dispatch over the extra 2(4) combo points on between the eyes reset; isn't that point worth more than at least 10% dispatch because it saves a global when it does reset? reset gives 4+1 from ruthlessness so we can just perma back to back between the eyes?
or is that use case just too rare to matter over consistency

If you respect priority you should only raw dog Roll the bones before your third Adrenaline and third adrenaline should be up by the time you Roll again.
-AR(1) + Roll + Kir. stage 2+
-AR(2) : Roll is still up hold Loaded. still stage 2+
Roll(2) with Loaded when first roll fade. stage 2+
-Roll(2) fade : first raw Roll(3) with Loaded. potential stage 1
-AR(3) + roll : stage 2+
-Kir(2) should be up around this part to extend the previous roll. Might have to raw again if misplayed or really unlucky with procs.
Anyway, two unloaded rolls in a row is player is 99% player error.

you still build cps, but it is the highest priority finisher. there is an optimization to hold it for an upcoming supercharger if AR CD is under 30s or so

crit does eventually go down in value and allow for some more vers to be optimal
for now I would recommend always crafting crit/haste though and evaluating that kind of gear decision as you get closer to actually having max gear for the tier

it's a very soft cap at 40% from that being the point where a fully stacked BTE is guaranteed to crit, but it loses value very gradually in general so it's not too bad to exceed
