Outlaw is gaping everyone at low count which occurs at the end of pulls where most cds are over for other classes and outlaw has cds up all the time basicaly in how it plays, so chaining 3 4 mobs into 1 big since the pack is already dead no? @proven ocean but since most classes have 45 sec 1.3min cds nowdays thats kinda bad imo, + seeing assa do more prio and sub on when there is 4 5 tagets with boss is super sad, outlaw is doing tank dmg on Big M.O.M.A , so pulling 3 4 adds into bosses which you do at most high keys doesnt bring outlaw anything but just better looks on dmg meeter wheares assa, mage, sub get better prio too
